Wonderful Staff

We planned a stay for a family wedding and the staff could not have more courteous, friendly and helpful in all the planning and the stay there. We had reserved 30+ rooms on a holiday weekend and had no problems. The director of sales and marketing was a sweetheart!!! She was AWESOME at getting all the rooms available and so efficient. Staff bent over backwards to make our stay something to remember. Thank you to the WONDERFUL staff at Quality Inn, St Charles, MO,
Room Tip: For an extended stay or if you have a large group, the king suite is the way to go. 2 rooms-bedroom & extra room for entertaining

Good Value for Money

The friendly and helpful staff make this hotel good value for money. I got a room upgrade because I stayed there for a week. Complimentary breakfast and pool are a plus. Although still a 20 minute drive, closest hotel to Saint Charles County Airport (set) that has a pool that is open in May.

Very Convenient Location

Hotel and staff were nice. Hotel was very convenient, could walk to Texas Roadhouse or 2 other eating places plus BassPro, Kohls and Mobil (for midnight snacks). Pool was clean and in good shape although there was no hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. Area recommendations - This was close to the casino and the Old St Charles shopping district

Nice Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay. The check in and check out were very speedy, the concierge was very friendly & she even offered us 10% off for dinner out that evening. The room was clean and neat and provided all the necessary amenities, the beds were a bit firm for my tastes but not enough to disrupt my much needed rest. It's within minutes of two casinos, numerous wonderful eating establishments and countless after hours bars and hang outs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering staying in this area.
